🔰Is the product I received the same as in the picture?
Although packaging may vary due to manufacturer updates, we always send what was ordered. If we are unable to supply the product pictured, we will offer you an alternative option or refund the full cost of the product.

 

🔰Where can I view my sales receipt?
Your sales receipt can be found in your account. We will also send it to you by email and a paper copy will also be sent with your shipment.

 

🔰VAT and import duties
The prices you see in our product listings include taxes. As our stock is always dispatched from within the UK there are no additional import charges to pay.

 

🔰Shipping information.
We always make sure that our customers receive their products in perfect condition, so we always use shipping boxes and extra packaging to ensure your items are well protected.

We currently only deliver to UK postcodes. If you have a UK postcode but not able to select a delivery please contact us.

Orders are usually dispatched within 1-2 business days of payment being received, and if you place your order before 7pm it will usually be dispatched the next day. Orders placed after this time will be shipped one day later.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

Shipping costs include handling, packaging and postage.

Delivery to the UK will be at a flat rate. Delivered in 2-5 working days, from £4.99

Orders will only be shipped to the customer's billing address (which should match the payment method you selected). We will cancel any orders that the shipping address and billing address do not match.

Please ensure that you provide the correct delivery address in your order. We are unable to refund shipping charges due to an incorrect shipping address as the shipping charges have already been incurred and the carrier will not refund this charge. Additionally, we are not responsible for packages lost due to an incorrect delivery address.

 

🔰Returns and refunds for damaged or defective items.
We do our best to ensure that all your purchases arrive in perfect condition. If the goods you receive are damaged, please refuse them. You must contact us at info@hobbymarts.co.uk within 48 hours of rejecting the goods. Failure to contact us may delay any replacement or refund.

Your right to cancel your order for goods begins from the moment you place your order and ends 14 days after you receive the goods. In order to meet the cancellation deadline, please notify us of your cancellation by email to info@hobbymarts.co.uk before the cancellation deadline expires.

If a return is required, the shipping cost is borne by the customer. We also will not re-send orders and we will charge a 20% restocking fee to cover return shipping and packaging costs.

Unless the item we provided is a wrong or defective item, all returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee to cover return shipping and packaging costs.

In the unlikely event that you receive a faulty item, you may return the item to us in accordance with your statutory rights. If a runner is missing parts and you require a return and refund please email us (info@hobbymarts.co.uk)

Requirements for returning items:
1. Items must be accompanied by their original packaging.
2. All runners must be in their original packaging and unopened.

We cannot accept returns or refunds on any items if the runners  packaging has been opened.
